The daylight-thermal observation system KTD-60 Kumak is a vehicle camera composed of a thermal camera and a colour daylight camera with 60° horizontal field of view. Device is designed for tactical operation day or night, clear or obscured atmospheric condition such as fog or smoke. Thermal module incorporate uncooled bolometric detector with resolution 640 × 480 pixels. System is controlled via RS-485 link and has two independent video outputs in PAL standard. Camera windows are equipped with deicing function. Sensors can be mounted on vehicle or other objects for provide driver vision enhancement, situational awareness or observation day and night.
Optionally, camera can possess an Ethernet interface, which allows to transmit video signals as a H.264 streams as well as control and power camera over.
