“The Polish company Etronka presented several new optical devices including UCT-1S and UCT-1 AM. Choice of optical parameters is based on the selected weapon and especially the lenght of the Picatinny rail.
UCT-1 AM with 1× magnification is used in clip-on mode. It is mounted on a Picatinny rail in front of the daytime telescope. This version, based on uncooled detector, can detect a man at 1800 m and a tank at 4 km.
UCT-1S is used in standalone mode and is mounted only on Picatinny rail. It has 1.2× optical magnification and 17° field of view. It can detect a man at 1000 m and a tank at 2300 m.
Both scopes have in addition to their optical magnification an 2× and 4× electronic zoom. Four AA batteries provide operating time of 8 hours.” (Etronika’s translation)
