The KDT-N1 is observational and aiming, optoelectronic head, that is intended to work with remote controlled weapon modules. It contains three independent sensors: one thermal camera based on uncooled bolometric detector and two daylight cameras with wide and narrow field of view. Everything is enclosed into hermetic housing with heated windows. In the set there is also dedicated monitor for displaying and overlaying images from different cameras on each other and for controlling head functions. The whole is completed by a manipulator for remote controlling weapon module drives.
