BC-Z2

The BC-Z2 kit is designed to enhance and streamline the process of boresighting and verifying the zero settings of a tank gun or other vehicle-mounted weapon systems. The kit includes a camera unit, a portable operator’s display, an interface cable with a dedicated barrel-mounting strap, two rechargeable batteries with a charger, and a ruggedized transport case. A single kit may be equipped with multiple camera modules tailored to different weapon calibers.

The core components of the system are a television camera that provides a real-time visual reference of the weapon barrel’s axis alignment and an operator’s monitor that displays the transmitted image. This configuration enables accurate execution of inspection, alignment, and zeroing procedures without the need for traditional optical boresighting devices. Once the camera is securely mounted on the barrel, all subsequent operations can be conducted by a single operator from within the vehicle, significantly improving workflow efficiency and crew safety.

The BC-Z2 kit is fully compatible with the weapon systems of the Rosomak Infantry Fighting Vehicle, including the 30 mm Mk 44S Bushmaster cannon and the 7.62 mm UKM-2000C general-purpose machine gun, making it an optimal solution for precise and repeatable weapon alignment tasks across a range of calibers and platforms.
